Nibras PDF privacy policy

Nibras PDF is a mobile app for working with PDF files and images. This policy explains what information is used, when anything can leave the device, and how to delete an account.

PDFs and images you select are processed on the device. Document content, images, and file names are not sent to Nibras PDF servers for merge, split, compress, rotate, watermark, signature, page tools, Writer, scan, OCR, or PDF-to-image.

The camera opens only when you start a scan. You choose images in the system picker. The app does not request permanent access to the photo library.

Google sign-in is optional and handled by Clerk. Email, name, and the Clerk user ID may be processed to manage the account. That ID is also sent to RevenueCat so a Pro purchase can be linked to the account.

You can delete the account with the Delete account button in the in-app Privacy screen. This deletes the Clerk account created with Google. PDF files stay on the device. Email nibrascode@gmail.com about any remaining server counters or campaign records.

Every tool works on the free plan within a daily limit: 10 document actions, 4 OCR actions, and 5 scans. Pro removes that limit and allows larger files. For a signed-in free user, when the server can be reached, only the Clerk ID, the UTC date, and those three counters are stored. File content and file names are not stored. If the server cannot be reached, the counter stays on the device. Guest limits stay on the device only.

If you join the optional Premium campaign, the selected tier and discount percentage may be linked to the Clerk ID. Document content is not included.

Recent documents, Writer drafts, language, appearance, the export folder, and security settings stay on the device. You can clear them in Settings. Fingerprint and PIN checks stay on the device and are not sent to a server.

Google Drive is not active in version 1.0.4 and is shown as Coming soon. No file is sent to Google Drive in this version, and no Drive permission is requested.

Google Play and RevenueCat process Pro purchases. Nibras PDF does not see or store card numbers.

When you tap Share, you choose where the file goes. Nibras PDF does not control what that other app does next.

Server counters and campaign records are kept for 90 days and then deleted. They do not include document content.

Nibras PDF is not directed to children under 13.
