Why is a short practice useful?
A short practice repeats a little in one sitting. Attention does not scatter as fast, and it is easier to start again the next day. A long rare session leaves the days between empty.
The aim is not to finish everything in one day. A few letters, a few words, or a few pages are enough. A large plan that never ends often never starts.
